Your Student Insurance Plan is online. You may opt-out of dental and extended health care online. All forms and information are online at www.aclstudentbenefits.com/
Opt-Out Deadlines:
Fall – October 5, 2009
Winter – February 8, 2010
Summer – June 7, 2010
Late start programs have 30 days to opt-out of the dental plan/extended health care plan. Opt-outs will not be accepted after each deadline date stated above Visit Student Services at your campus to pick up an insurance booklet and find out if you’re eligible to opt out and for coverage details.
